Oksyon is designed so you can plan a great event without paying anything. Paid features are available for those who want extra polish or functionality.

Free features

Everything you need to plan and manage an event:

  • Event creation — unlimited events
  • Guest list management — add guests, couples, and groups
  • RSVP tracking — unique invite links, accept/decline, status badges
  • Themes — choose from all available themes
  • Invitation customisation — custom greetings, dress code, borders, backgrounds
  • Public event page — shareable event page for guests
  • Menu — share your event menu (items or external link)
  • Registry — gift registry (items or external link)
  • Print invitations — print-optimised invitation pages
  • RSVP cutoff dates — automatically close RSVPs

Free events may display advertisements to help keep the service running.

Premium features for those who want more:

  • Custom domain — use your own domain (e.g. ourwedding.com) instead of oksyon.com/e/...
  • Photo uploads — guests can upload photos when your event is Active
  • AI photo moderation — automatically flag inappropriate uploads
  • Ad-free experience — remove advertisements from your event pages
  • Priority support — faster responses to your questions

How billing works

Paid features are activated per-event, not per-account. You only pay for the events where you need premium features. Pricing details are available when you enable a paid feature.

Ads on free events

Free events may display non-intrusive advertisements on public-facing pages (event page, invitation pages). These ads help us keep the core service free. Paid events have all ads removed.
