Photo Uploads

Live Photo Uploads let guests share photos directly from their phones during your event. You get a shared gallery of every moment, with full control over what’s shown.

Enabling photo uploads

Photo uploads are a paid feature. Once unlocked for your event:

  1. Go to Live Photo Uploads in your event sidebar (under Features)
  2. Click Enable Photo Uploads

Settings

Auto-approve

  • On — photos appear in the gallery immediately
  • Off — photos require your approval before they’re visible to guests

Upload time window

By default, guests can upload anytime. You can restrict uploads to a specific time window (e.g. 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM) to keep the gallery focused on event hours. Times use your event’s timezone.

How guests upload

Guests visit your public event page while signed in. When uploads are enabled and the time window is open, they’ll see an upload option. Photos are uploaded directly from their device.

Moderating photos

From the Live Photo Uploads page, you can filter by status and take action:

  • Approve — make a pending photo visible
  • Hide — remove a photo from public view
  • Undo — reset a decision back to pending

Pending photos always appear at the top of your list.

You and event managers can also upload photos directly from the admin view.

Photos on the dashboard

Your dashboard shows a Photo Uploads widget with the total count and how many are awaiting moderation.

Moderator access

If you’ve invited a moderator to help manage your event, they can approve and hide photos but cannot change settings, upload photos, or delete them.
